Quand film évoque cinéma (l’apocope de « cinématographe » , c'est à dire l'amuïssement d'un ou plusieurs phonèmes en fin d'un mot et qui s'oppose évidement à l'aphérèse ) , alors :

Comme "scope" pour "cinémascope" par exemple. Dans ce cas, l'aphérèse est un métaplasme par suppression, comme tout le monde le sait.
